New Delhi, Alaknanda, Nov. 2, 2018: Don Bosco School Alaknanda organized Diwali Mela for the Ankur children (Evening School Children) on 2nd November at 3.00 p.m.
Fr. Bhushan, the vice rector and vice principal explained the children about the Diwali which is the celebration of light. He instructed the students about the celebration. Father Babu Varghese, the rector and principal was invited to give message to the children.
The children were given coupons for games and food and they were thrilled to participate in this long awaited event. The various games were managed by the teachers and students.
It was a moment of great joy for the children as they received prizes from different games. They had good time in celebrating and learning from the feast of light.
