“Pray as Jesus prayed” was the central focus of the animation program for parish priests held at Bariatu, Jharkhand on 22nd and 23rd July, 2024. Fourteen members, including Fr. Davis Maniparamben (Provincial), Fr. Vijay Soy (Vice Provincial), Fr. Shilanand Kerketta (Youth Ministry Delegate), Fr. Sajin Kollamkudy (Provincial Economer), and Fr. Pradeep Tirkey (Provincial Coordinator of Parishes and Mission), participated. The program included discussions on parish ministry, a Holy Eucharist celebrated by Fr. Vijay Soy, and sessions on priesthood and prayer led by Fr. Ajay Xalxo and Fr. Davis Maniparamben. Fr. Shilanand Kerketta provided practical guidelines for catechesis and community life, while Fr. Pradeep Tirkey emphasized the implementation of these guidelines. The program was well-received and considered highly beneficial for effective parish ministry.
