New Delhi, Alaknanda 24 august, 2017 : Don Bosco School Alaknanda hosted the Bosco Olympics 2017 in the school playgrounds on 24th of November 2017. The event saw a zealous participation from students across all classes. Principal Fr. Babu Varghese announced the meet open by setting free doves and releasing the ceremonial balloons. Boys participated in an array of sports competition which ranged from athletics, sprinting and team sports. Events were organized in all categories from the pre primary classes to the senior school. Students and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the thrilling performance by the budding sports stars of Don Bosco School Alaknanda. Prizes were distributed amongst thunderous applause. Yellow house took away the leading trophy owing to its stupendous performance in most events and a whopping total score. The event was an enormous success which made every Bosconian extremely proud of the institution.
