Don Bosco PDO NETWORK Annual Meet 2025

The Annual Planning and Development Office (PDO) Meet 2025 was held on 5th and 6th January 2025 at Don Bosco Provincial House, Goa, bringing together PDO representatives from various provinces. Themed “Lead, Engage, and Accelerate Development”, the meeting’s aim was to strengthen collaborate and enhance strategies for impactful development work.

BOSCONET facilitated the training sessions, covering a wide range of essential topics such as project writing, understanding the why, when, what, where, and how of project planning, the role of technology and partnerships, and effective budget breakdowns. The sessions provided valuable insights and practical approaches to streamline development initiatives, ensuring greater efficiency and sustainability.

The meet served as a platform for sharing experiences, discussing challenges, and exploring innovative solutions to accelerate social impact. With renewed commitment and enhanced skills, the PDOs are set to drive meaningful change in their respective regions.
