New Delhi, Alaknanda, Nov. 28, 2018: The auditorium was lit up with some new faces, students of Don Bosco School Palin from Arunachal Pradesh had come to Don Bosco School Alaknanda for an exchange programme. They belong to Nyishi Tribe which is the biggest tribe in Arunachal Pradesh. All of them were so excited and enthusiastic.
They were warmly welcomed by Fr. Bahu Varghese, the Principal. The programme was hosted by the principal. The cultural programme began with a melodious song by the school choir, which was appreciated by everyone. It was followed by mind soothing classical music. To energize all the bosconians next came the school dance group with their thunderous performance. The students from Don Bosco Palin also performed two traditional dances which were a delight for veryone. Fr. John accompanied his school choir with guitar rhythm. It was a delightful performance.
Then there was the introduction about all the school activities and the clubs. The heads of the analytix and the maths club presented the various activities that are carried out in the school. The interaction between the students of Arunachal and Alaknanda was school a learning experience. It was a wonderful day.
