Chattisgarh, Jokbahla, Dec. 20, 2018: ‘Gandhi Smarak School, Jokbahla celebrated its ‘Golden Jubilee’ on 20th of December, 2018.
The programme commenced with the welcoming of the Chief Guest and all the invitees with welcome batches and garlands. It was followed by the lighting of lamp and hoisting of the flag.
Fr. Mani Bhushan, the principal of the school welcomed everyone and expressed his sincere thanks to all those who contributed to the growth of the school.
There were several dances – Santhali, Garva, Nepali, Sambalpuri, Khadi, Nagpuri, and Danndia. The programme was entertaining and informative about various cultures.
Fr. Godentius Kandulna proposed a vote of thanks.
