The medical vans are parked right outside the vicinity of the historical and religious buildings, so that anyone who needs assistance can locate the medical team. Medical assistance is provided to mothers, who are pregnant or those mothers who are nurturing to the needs of new born children. Initiatives have been taken to give special attention to individuals from the Rohingya ethnic groups who have been denied citizenship in Myanmar since 1982 and are staying in the slums near Madanpur Khadar.
