New Delhi, Okhla, Dec. 3, 2017: “Run, Jump, shout”, but do not sin,” says St. John Bosco, the great modern apostle to the youth. The Salesians who devote their time for youngsters, try to promote the value of joy in their life through various co-curricular activities at the youth center.
Don Bosco Club organized a one day football league at Don Bosco Technical ground. There were 8 teams, comprising about 180 youngsters from Delhi.
Don Bosco Youth Center Okhla too tries to promote joy and happiness to the young people of Delhi through the organization of various games. Young people gather at this center practically every Sunday. The programme at the youth center keeps them occupied from morning till evening; one can notice that there is a lot of team spirit; interaction and it becomes the place for experience and growth.
It was an excellent day and youth played the match with a positive attitude and sportsmanship. Players from each team put up a solid performance.
