New Delhi, Okhla, Jan. 21, 2018: The Salesian Family day was held at Don Bosco Provincial House Okhla on 21st January, 2018.
Registration began at 9.00 a.m. The Salesian family members consisted of Salesians, Salesian Sisters, Sisters of Mary Immaculate, Disciples and Co-operators numbering about 70. The Programme commenced with the presentation of Strenna at 9.30 a.m. Fr. Jose Mathew, the provincial presented the inaugural speech which was followed by the presentation of Strenna by Fr. Scaria.
The Holy Eucharist was at 11.30 a.m. presided over by the new priest – Fr. Deepak and with him were Fr. Amulya, Fr. Lievens. It was a beautiful celebration. This was followed by felicitation of the newly ordained priests. On this auspicious occasion Fr. Jose Mathew and Fr. Naresh were presented a bouquet each to celebrate their anticipated birthday.
The programme ended with the fellowship meal.
